Identified prohibited conduct will result in account closure, forfeiture of bonus-derived balances, and, where applicable, reporting to the relevant authorities in accordance with current Brazilian law, including the Anti-Money Laundering Law (Law No. 9,613/1998).

These Terms are governed by and interpreted exclusively in accordance with the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, including, without limitation, the Brazilian Civil Code, the Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8,078/1990), and the General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018).

Any disputes or controversies arising from these Terms shall first be submitted to an amicable resolution attempt through the support team of the 5win77. If an amicable resolution is not possible, the courts of the user's place of residence in Brazil shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any disputes, with waiver of any other jurisdiction, however privileged.
